Thinking of upgrading my car, but I can't figure out whether I'm financially better off buying it for cash outright or getting some kind of finance PCP deal? Also, whether to buy privately or through my Ltd company (in the UK)?

In the past I've bought cars privately for cash and lost fortunes on them in depreciation. At the same time, I don't need to finance unless it's beneficial in some way - most finance deals look like they cost thousands more than the list price by the time you've paid it off.
